The benefits of leaving a legacy

A legacy gift of any size has a significant and lasting impact on the Foundation’s ability to plan our work in supporting generations of lawyers specializing in social justice and civil rights.  Many legacy donors choose to leave a planned gift to support the mission and vision of the Foundation, which goes towards the priorities that are most pressing when the gift is received. Other donors may choose to support a particular area of the Foundation’s work. For more specific gifts of this nature, we can work together you and your estate planning team to ensure that the objectives of your gift remain relevant by the time your Will comes into effect.
